Steadwell

Steadwell has no account, no sign-in, and no server of its own. Your balance measurements and your progress through the programme are written to your device and are never sent to us. We cannot read them, because they never reach us.
All of this is removed when you delete the app, with one exception: the free-week date is held in the Keychain, which iOS preserves across reinstalls by design. It is a single date. It contains nothing about you or your health.
Subscriptions are sold by Apple. We never see your payment details — not your card, not your name, not your address. Apple processes the transaction and tells us only whether a subscription is active.
To manage that entitlement we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier generated on your device and the purchase status attached to it. Steadwell never calls RevenueCat's identity API, so that identifier is not linked to an email address, a name, or any account — because there is no account to link it to. There are none. Steadwell contains no analytics SDK, no attribution or crash-reporting service, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. It never asks for permission to track you, because it has nothing to ask for. It does not use the advertising identifier. The animated figure you see during practice is rendered on your device from files inside the app — it fetches nothing from the internet.
Steadwell does not read from or write to Apple Health. The measurements you record are numbers you type in yourself, and they stay on your device.
Steadwell is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — in fact we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA you have rights to access, correct, export and erase personal data held about you. In Steadwell's case those rights are satisfied directly: the data is on your device, under your control, and deleting the app deletes it. We hold no personal data to disclose, sell, or share, and we have never sold or shared personal information.
If you want the anonymous RevenueCat record associated with your purchases deleted, email us and we will request it. Note that this does not cancel a subscription — Apple handles that — and it may prevent restoring a purchase later.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version is superseded. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
